A 50% estimated deposit it due at time of booking.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final Payment for your event is due 3 days prior to your event date.
FINAL GUEST COUNT
Final Guest Count, not subject to reduction, is due 5 days prior to your event date(s). If you need to increase you guest count, within 2 days of your event date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Additional fees and charges apply beyond the normal agreed upon expenses outlined within your event request. All events are scheduled for 2 hours and anytime requested there after is subject to a $25.00 per hour charge.
PAYMENT METHODS
All prices quoted are based on a cash/check purchase. All client's wanting to pay via Paypal will be assessed a non cash payment (cc processing fee) of 4% per the amount of transaction.
All prepayments and deposits are forfeited if you, the client, cancel the event within 2 hours of poor weather conditions. Within 24 hours no exclusions apply, including weather conditions or SS in route. Subject to our availability. All costs are subject to change.
DAMAGE/WEATHER
SS assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss during or after the event. SS assumes no responsibility due to poor weather conditions.
I, the client, understand that by using SS for hosting an event in my home/office, that accidents/breakage and damage may occur. I will NOT bill, charge or sue SS for any unless the damage or loss was caused by the willful negligent actions or conduct of SS or its employees.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LAKELAND SUGAR SHACK BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL, DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF LAKELAND SUGAR SHACK HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, TEH ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
